Nicasio Meadows at Kilham Farm offers rustic elegance for those seeking serene privacy on their wedding day. This private, gated venue offers flexible floorplan options for wedding ceremonies and receptions. With five acres of flat grass available for tents or outdoor receptions you have the flexibilty to create an event that suits your style. The Nicasio Church is located across the property, close enough for a horse drawn carriage to deliver the bride. Please click on the venue link for details on each space.
Wedding Ceremonies can be held in the following areas:
- In the Meadows with the Duck Pond as a backdrop
- At the Nicasio St. Mary's Church, located at the end of the property (1/2 mi. from barn, accessible by horse drawn carriage)
- In front of the Adobe Barn Doors
- In the Fountain Courtyard
- In front of the Hay Barn
- On horseback or within the Jumper Ring if that's your style
Receptions, large and small, can be held in the following areas:
- Adobe Barn, up to 150 standing, 50 seated
- Fountain Courtyard, up to 150 standing, 50 seated
- The Meadows, up to 300
- The Covered Arena, up to 300
- The Jumper Barn, up to 150
Event Rental at Nicasio Meadows include the following:
- Bridal Ready Room
- Sound System with wireless lapel
- Clean Restrooms
- Parking for 300 cars
- Spring Water
- Power for caterers, DJs, etc.
- Facility Manager
- 24 hour load in
- Catering Space
- A list of preferred local event vendors
- Right to use any licensed vendor
- Access to the property in advance of your wedding day for tent set up/deliveries at no charge
Rental Rates:
Nicasio Meadows can be rented for your wedding day for $4200-$6500 depending on your needs, plus a $1500 damage deposit. A $1000 deposit is required to hold your date (50% is refundable up to 30 days advance of your event). Damage deposit is fully refundable if no major damage occurs to the property, we hope we don't keep a dime of this deposit.
